Activate a store

Connect the license, store and theme authentication token.

Overview

Use the store authentication token, not a checkout receipt or a theme ZIP filename. Do not post tokens in a support forum or place them in a URL.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your Scale account and connect the store to an active license.
  2. Copy the store authentication token. A purchase/license key and a store authentication token have different jobs.
  3. Open Shopify → Online Store → Themes → Customize → Theme settings → Authentication. Paste the complete token, save and reload.
