Overview

Scale's activation screen does not delete theme settings, products or orders. If custom or third-party code changed the theme, a supported update may still be needed.

Step by step

  1. Wait briefly before trying Verify again; repeatedly clicking can extend a traffic problem.
  2. A valid previously issued proof can cover the remainder of its fixed outage window in the current theme.
  3. Report recurring errors to support with the store domain and approximate time. Do not interpret the error as a piracy finding.
