Overview

Scale's activation screen does not delete theme settings, products or orders. If custom or third-party code changed the theme, a supported update may still be needed.

Step by step

  1. Check the store's permanent .myshopify.com domain in your Scale store connection.
  2. Check the registered custom and secondary domains, including any domain you recently changed.
  3. Use the token assigned to this store. Save and reload after correcting the connection.
