Scale Theme access is paused

Access for this registered store has been paused. Contact Scale support with the error code.

Overview

Scale's activation screen does not delete theme settings, products or orders. If custom or third-party code changed the theme, a supported update may still be needed.

Step by step

  1. Open your Scale account and review the store connection.
  2. Contact Scale support with your store domain and ACCESS_REVOKED. The protection decision needs review.
  3. After access is restored, use Verify again. Removing a protection pause does not reactivate an otherwise inactive license.
